How do I stop the algae from growing in a small blowup pool I have for my g-kids with out changing the water?

every time we change the water they have to wait for it to warm up,I’ve tried covering and skimming any idea’s would be greatly apprecaited

If you’re going to leave the water in the pool, then you need to treat it just as if it were a big pool. You’ll need to get some chlorine and some algaecide. The algaecide will kill what you have in there now. The chlorine (if you maintain it properly) will keep algae from growing.
