Seventeen Helpful Habits To Practice Along With Your Core Cal-Mag

12. Drink milk as an everyday habit, eat cheese, yogurt and other calcium-rich foods.
13. Take proper precautions all the time to avoid accidents. Wear your seatbelt when driving, have your protective gears when engaging in sports.
14. Cigarette smoking and alcohol-drinking are called bad habits for good reason. Smokers and heavy drinkers have weaker bones.
15. Eating disorders can cause bone-weakening. Never skip meals and practice good eating habits.
16. Seek your doctor’s advice on the ways on how to best take care of bones.
People have the tendency to neglect the vital practices our bodies need the most. We often always pay attention only when we already feel ill and weak. Prevention is indeed better than seeking cure. You need to remember that healthy living is no easy task, hard work is the most significant rule of the game.
