Has anyone ever heard of a inline blower motor to go into a dryer vent to help push the air threw?

My dryer line runs across my entire basement, this is how it was originally put in. After a few months my ducts fill with water. What can I do? I heard of a fan blower to insert to help move the air? Is this possible? Help!!

Re-Route the Vent! but if your building codes allow it then you can get a vent booster.
