Feed Pipe

I have a forde ka, it has a leak from the power steering, either the feed pipe or the return.?

i hve been told it needs a new rack, but to me it would seem it needs just a new pipe, do you think the garage is trying to rip me off.
Its one of the two pipes going into the rack.

Well surely you can see where the leak is coming from. I would not myself think you need a new steering rack. What have you got to loose by replacing the clips.
